Servicing a Daiwa Laguna 4000
A friend asked me to service two of his Daiwa Laguna if it can be repaired. Both reels are hard to crank and will sometimes get stucked.
Upon opening the reels, both showed signs of rust and salt creep.
All parts were cleaned and greased.
Both reels were successfully cleaned.
