Went fishing last weekend at Grande Island Resort in Subic Bay, Olongapo.
I brought my 3-8lbs rod and small reels spooled with 4lbs and 6lbs test line and i used a size 12 and 14 beak hook.
I wanted to try some micro fishing but the water was so clear and calm, the bites were too far in between but still got to take home some nice plate size emperor and snapper fishes.
These guys were released back to fight another day....Forgot to take pictures of the small talakitok (trevally) and the small "matang baka" i caught and also released back.
The place is relaxing. Too calm waters though. Bad for fishing.
