Found these plastic organizers while rummaging about in your favorite japanese surplus shop...
I believe you can use this if you're on the go and want to go exploring a certain fishing area without bringing your bulky tackle box. You can put a few hooks, swivels and some weights. This box can accommodate your lead weights up to 1/2 oz in size.
You can configure the compartment depending on what you want. There is a small tab on one side with a hole where you can put a cord or lanyard but i wouldn't recommend it as it might tear easily.
Size of the box is 5in x 2.5 in x 1 in.
I also found this one. Tackletour.com has a review of the same box from Plano. This one is unbranded of course.
Here is the tackletour.com review..http://www.tackletour.com/reviewplano3640.html
I found 3 sizes of this box. Again the compartments are configurable depending on what you need.
This is the smallest box with a size of 9in x 4.5in x 1.25in. Since this is a bit big, the space between the lid and the dividers are a wide enough to let your hook travel from divider to divider. I wouldn't put anything smaller than the 3/8 oz lead weights Anything smaller would get mixed and move from compartment to compartment.
This is the medium size of the box. This is perfect for your lures. I think this is the same size that was reviewed by tackletour. As you can see, i have used this as a storage for my lead weights at home. Too heavy to bring on your fishing trips.
Here is the comparison with an original Plano box. The compartments are exactly the same.
I would agree with the Tackletour review. This is not a waterproof box though if it falls in the water, you would have enough time to get it before it gets completely submerge as this box floats plus the seal slows the water from coming in but does not stop it all together. Size of the box is 7in x 11in x 1.75in.
There is another size but a big bigger 8.5in x 14in x 2in. which I'm using for my tools.
Here is the organizer stack on top of each other.
