Body was very sticky from an unknown substance...
Cleaned it with a dishwashing liquid and toothbrush...
Cleaned up nicely but the owner may still want to repaint it.

Internals totally the same as the Daiwa Legalis 2506 down to the last detail.

Drag washer size is 29mm x 12mm x 1mm.  You need only 1 pc.

As usual, before using a new reel, a pre-maintenance servicing is done.

This reel comes in 1000-8000 sizes.

I already have the 5000 used for big fishes.

Size of the drag washer is 17mm x 4.5mm x 1mm.  You need 3 pcs 

No bearings here.  Just a hard plastic.  Teflon maybe?

Slathered with Penn's grease.

Totally different internals from the Penn Fierce 5000 that i already have.

Pinion bearing size is 14mm x 8mm x 4mm and 14mm x 8mm x 3.5mm
